I intend on asking question to see what customers think of my product. I am interested in knowing what they want from something of this sort so I can formulate a plan as to how to create my ULTIjack.
I learned that customers don't look for a jacket when it's hot but they would want something to cool them down. I will change the description and approach of my product to better conduct interviews and presentations.

ReplyDeleteHi Cristal, its ya boy anthony again.
ReplyDeleteLike I said in my previous comment, I really like your idea and the thought process behind it! I thought you did a good job with these interviews and got beneficial feedback from it. In the future, you could maybe ask more subjective questions to find out how customers prefer the design of the jacket to look like, or where they would most likely shop for it, or how much they'd be willing to pay! Anyway, keep up the good work and stay beautiful! <3 :)
Seriously though, follow my blog for entertainment, friendship, and serious insight into the world of ENT3003....(oh btw i deleted my first comment cause i posted the wrong link)

Your assignment is very well put together. Your interviews seem to have brought a lot of valuable information into the mix that are helpful in figuring how to further shape this venture idea of yours! Great work on this assignment and especially figuring out what they look for. Feel free to check to check out my blog http://entgrod.blogspot.com/2016/02/interviewing-customers-no3.html
